📋 Description Lead system-level integration and bring-up of HIL benches. Design and assemble bench hardware — harnesses, breakout boxes, etc. Develop tooling and automation in Python for ECU flashing, test orchestration, CI. Debug hardware/software with oscilloscopes and CAN/CAN-FD/LIN. Validate interoperability; define acceptance criteria and bench/vehicle validation. Maintain bench documentation including schematics and procedures. 🎯 Requirements BS or MS in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering. 2-3+ years in vehicle E/E integration, HIL bench dev, or validation. Nice to have: HIL platforms (dSPACE/NI/Vector/Speedgoat). Experience creating harness/subsystem schematics with Siemens Capital ECAD. Model-based development with MATLAB/Simulink. Experience supporting factory/vehicle launch bring-up under tight timelines.
