Senior Technical Product Manager, Search

📋 Description Define and execute the vision for a cross-application search platform. Own ingestion, indexing, relevance, and query semantics. Lead at least one end-to-end search workflow aligned with customer needs. Partner with Engineering and Design on architecture and sequencing decisions. Enable product teams to build search experiences faster with shared tooling. Translate platform strategy into a clear roadmap. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of product management experience with platform ownership. Direct search experience; AI-powered search a strong plus. Strong technical fluency; partner with Eng on system design and tradeoffs. Deep empathy for frontline users; ground decisions in user needs. Comfortable operating in ambiguous cross-team environments with clear strategy and roadmaps.
