Temporary ICHRA Operations Analyst

📋 Description Process financial reports timely. Process incoming HRA forms for enrollment and reimbursement. Manually load HRA enrollments and plans. Support HRA management: enrollments, audits, recoupments, substantiation. Work with Account Management and Member Services on escalations. Identify plan and premium discrepancies in ICHRA enrollment. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years ICHRA Operations experience (enrollment, payments, carrier relations). Ability to independently research, learn, and apply new techniques. Strong attention to detail; distill insights for decisions.
