📋 Description Architect and scale ML systems for search, personalization, and recommendations. Develop evaluation-first workflows to measure teaching efficiency and outcomes. Fine-tune models with feedback from teachers and students to align with goals. Design discovery pipelines with semantic retrieval and real-time personalization. Build agentic assistants to help teachers plan lessons and reduce repetitive tasks. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and curriculum teams to translate goals. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years ML experience with large, complex datasets; 1–2 years in leadership. Proven track record deploying ML/AI systems in production. Strong Python, SQL, Pandas; scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch. Deep expertise in modern DL frameworks and advanced LLM architectures. Experience fine-tuning LLMs, prompts, embeddings, and inference optimization.
