📋 Description Own reliability and uptime of ATP's autonomous production systems Analyze failure data, downtime logs, and maintenance records to identify failure modes Lead FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for reliability impacts Define and track reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, availability) and drive improvements Harden PLC/SCADA architectures, sensor redundancy, and fail-safe behavior Develop predictive and preventive maintenance strategies with condition monitoring 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field 3+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering or automation with uptime focus Experience owning uptime/reliability on an automated industrial system end-to-end Working knowledge of PLC/SCADA architectures and reliability impacts Experience with reliability methods (FMEA, RCA, MTBF/MTTR) Ability to work hands-on in lab, fabrication, and plant environments
