📋 Description Own Platform Engineering roadmap and priorities, align with business goals. Lead and develop Software Development Managers across seven teams. Set engineering standards: frameworks, reliability, compliance, and CI/CD. Drive AI-native platform strategy and leverage AI Builder. Own division reliability: SLOs, incident response, on-call health. Partner with CTO and engineering leaders on org design and headcount. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership, including 2+ years managing managers. Technical depth in at least two of: distributed systems, backend or mobile frameworks, platform engineering, reliability engineering. Track record owning platform or infra-focused teams at growth-stage B2B SaaS, with impact on velocity. AI-forward: direction for teams building on LLMs and agentic workflows, and AI-native standard. Systems thinker who identifies bottlenecks and designs teams, not just manages.
