📋 Description Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions. Participate in ongoing coaching training to improve skills. Communicate with members via Mento email or app between sessions. Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices. Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years of Sales or GTM leadership in tech companies Experience leading core GTM functions: Sales, Rev Ops, Solutions/Sales Eng, or Account Management Passion for turning leadership into coaching; growth mindset and high emotional intelligence Available to commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months; remote; NA or Europe Coaching certification a plus but not required 🎁 Benefits ICF-certified coach training program: Mento Coaching 101 Continuing Coach Education Units on graduation Fully remote role with flexible schedule Grow within a mission-driven coaching community
