📋 Description Develop and maintain end-to-end data and AI strategy and patterns Mentor engineers and technical leadership with clear patterns Lead architecture decisions via ADRs, standards, and reviews Oversee architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and learning Enable governed data consumption with data contracts and datasets 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 7+ years in software architecture and enterprise systems 4+ years in data engineering and AI platform design Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Jupyter Notebooks Experience with AWS Glue, Spark, Snowflake Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph and LangFuse 🎁 Benefits Experience operating in regulated environments (SOC2, ISO 27001, or GDPR) Familiarity with federated domain ownership models for data products Designing and scaling platform observability for data pipelines Familiarity with medallion architecture patterns Streaming: Kafka, MSK, Kinesis, Pub/Sub Metadata and governance: DataHub, Atlan or similar
