Embed AI in the design workflow to accelerate prototypes. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years UX research/product design; ownership of complex problems; fluent English. Portfolio with prototypes that shaped engineering decisions. UX craft at top products; translate to QIMA client experience. Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments; design for scale. Hands-on, initiative-driven with strong ownership. Interactive prototyping tools: Figma, no-code/low-code.
