📋 Description Architect end-to-end operational data platform using Kafka, Debezium, Flink to ingest streams. Define canonical data models and data contracts with partner teams. Establish data governance and RBAC with HIPAA in mind. Lead evaluation of real-time data technologies aligned with compliance. Be architectural authority for complex design decisions and risk management. Mentor Data Producer and Consumer teams. 🎯 Requirements 8-15 years in architecting and operating large-scale data integrations in the cloud. Deep streaming: Kafka, Flink, Debezium; stateful processing and exactly-once. AWS proficiency; extensive cloud experience. Data observability: freshness, distribution, schema, and lineage in real-time healthcare. Healthcare domain: HIPAA, ePHI, secure data exchange.
