📋 Description

• You will join the Recon and Reporting team for post-transaction systems in a payments business.
• Independently own reconciliation and reporting workstreams end to end.
• Translate business, finance, and regulatory needs into metrics and automated solutions.
• Own design and documentation of SQL-based reporting and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Data teams to power reconciliation and reporting.
• Lead month-end close support and audit-ready documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in reconciliation/settlement/finance analytics with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years with a
• Expert-level SQL and automated SQL-based reporting experience.
• Proven track record owning reconciliation or financial reporting workstreams end to end.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and money movement mechanics.
• Experience with data engineering partnerships to design/build data pipelines.
• Advanced Excel and reconciliation tooling experience; strong stakeholder communication.
