📋 Description Build end-to-end solutions from React/TypeScript frontends to GoLang and Python backends Develop, maintain, and optimize AI/LLM-powered features that personalize learning at scale Rapidly prototype new AI-driven capabilities and iterate based on user feedback Work with large datasets to analyze model performance, identify issues, and guide improvements Turn complex product concepts into robust, reliable AI-enhanced user experiences Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML engineering partners 🎯 Requirements 5-7+ years of professional software development experience Full-stack mindset across frontend, backend, AI integration, and supporting infra Strong ability to reason about AI system behavior, model limitations, and safe integration Experience with data pipelines, experiment evaluation, or model performance analysis A collaborative, product-minded engineer who enjoys working directly with design and PM partners Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent work experience 🎁 Benefits Meaningful equity Health insurance: medical, dental, vision, disability, and life 401k plan One Medical membership Flexible vacation policy; average use 4 weeks per year 10 paid sick days per year
