📋 Description Own end-to-end validation strategy across Embedded, UX/HMI, and OTA. Define scope, milestones, infra needs, and test coverage with customers and TPMs. Lead system-level Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), including planning and exit criteria. Assess release health by consolidating validation results, risks, and notes. Drive cross-functional alignment on validation priorities and risk. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software or systems validation across embedded, UI/UX, OTA. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related. Experience owning end-to-end release readiness and formal acceptance (CAT). Strong ability to turn complex requirements into actionable validation plans. Exceptional stakeholder management—influencing customers, TPMs, and eng leads. Strong program management instincts for cross-functional alignment.
