Senior Perception Engineer

📋 Description Design, develop, and deploy perception systems for AIM’s autonomous machines. Architect perception algorithms for scene understanding and obstacle detection. Advance perception stack with sensor fusion and environment modeling. Build real-time inference pipelines on edge compute. Collaborate with robotics, controls, and software teams to integrate perception with planning. Ensure perception interfaces are robust, testable, and observable. 🎯 Requirements Experience designing, training, and evaluating ML models. Strong math foundations: optimization, gradients, regularization. Familiar with training dynamics: overfitting, convergence, data imbalance. 2D/3D machine perception and depth sensing.
