Draft, review, and negotiate agreements; improve contract operations. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and People. Develop and drive compliance programs from scoping to execution. Support the CLO on high-stakes matters, including outside counsel and regulatory response. 🎯 Requirements JD from an accredited law school; active license in any US jurisdiction; 4–9 years. Proven generalist; move between commercial, compliance, employment, and regulatory work. Legal ops experience and hands-on AI-enabled workflow building. Clear, direct communication with non-legal stakeholders; practical guidance. Self-directed, ownership-oriented; strong initiative and follow-through.
