Manager - SOC

📋 Description Lead daily SOC ops; oversee incidents from detection to remediation. Act as Incident Commander for Critical/High incidents; coordinate responses. Drive SIEM, SOAR automation and detection engineering improvements. Oversee monitoring across cloud, endpoint, identity, network, apps. Lead Threat Hunting; manage incident lifecycle and post-incident reviews. Define and track KPIs/SLAs/MTTD/MTTR and automation coverage. 🎯 Requirements 8–12+ years in Cyber Security with 3–5 years in Security Operations. Strong experience managing enterprise SOC environments. Hands-on with SIEM platforms (Cortex XSIAM, Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar). Experience with SOAR platforms and security automation. Strong knowledge of IR, forensics, threat hunting, threat intel, and detection engineering. Experience securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
