📋 Description Nursing Leadership & Team Development: Lead and coach nursing staff; oversee hiring and training. Clinical Operations & Quality: Direct nursing services across Indiana; ensure person-centered care and QA. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure Indiana regs, ICF standards; oversee audits and incident reviews. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leaders and clinicians; provide on-call clinical leadership. 🎯 Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Experience: 5+ years nursing with IDD; at least 2 years in leadership. Clinical Expertise: Nursing practices, assessments, medication administration, QA, program development. Regulatory Knowledge: Indiana regs, ICF standards, compliance, risk management. Licensure: Active Indiana RN license in good standing. 🎁 Benefits Work Environment: Onsite/Hybrid (2-3 days/month) in Indianapolis, IN. Work Schedule: 8 AM–5 PM CST; on-call as needed.
