Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions. Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices. Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador. 🎯 Requirements CEO/C-suite with 20+ years leading teams and coaching individuals. Wants to turn people leadership into coaching skills. Self-aware with high emotional IQ; safe space for vulnerability. Growth-minded; eager to enhance coaching skills. Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment. Can commit 12+ hours/month for 24+ months. 🎁 Benefits Hourly contract with performance bonuses. Fully remote; eligible in North America or Europe. 3-5 hours/week minimum; 24+ months commitment.
