📋 Description Lead study start-up through close-out with cross-functional teams Define project plans: timelines, milestones, and staffing limits Establish project reporting schedules and updates to stakeholders Track performance: critical factors, resources, and training Manage project finances: billing, forecasting, scope changes, revenue Support BD activities: capability calls and Investigator Meetings 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field 1-3 years CRO/pharma clinical trials experience; PM role preferred Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations Proficient with Word, Excel, Access and Microsoft Project Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills Ability to stay professional and meet deadlines 🎁 Benefits Travel: 0-20% Lifting: 0-15lbs Computer work for long periods
