Forward-Deployed Engineer (Robotics / Systems)

📋 Description Deploy and adapt the Dimensional robotics platform in real-world environments. Partner with users to gather requirements, constraints, and production edge cases. Serve as a key interface between product, engineering, and customers, enabling rapid iteration. Own end-to-end real-world implementations from setup to long-term operation. Contribute production-quality, maintainable code to the core platform, informed by deployment learnings. Help define, document, and standardize best practices for deploying robotic systems at scale. 🎯 Requirements Prior experience in forward-deployed/solutions engineering or customer-facing tech roles. Strong software engineering fundamentals for production-quality systems. Comfort with real-world systems, hardware limits, and uncertainty. Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into defined technical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience deploying/operating physical hardware; robotics exposure.
