📋 Description Develop and optimize new analytical methods to generate reliable data. Improve existing lab methods and processes to enhance quality and speed. Demonstrate mastery of analytical techniques for small molecules. Support early phase development of NCE drug substance and product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PCS, Process Chemistry, DPD, QA, CMC-Regulatory). Work autonomously with minimal supervision in the lab. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry; 7+ yrs, or Master's with 5+ yrs. Strong analytical chemistry background; method development and troubleshooting. Hands-on chromatography (HPLC/UPLC/GC) and spectroscopy. Proficiency with Waters Empower CDS and SLIMS (LIMS) for data management. Excellent written and oral communication; able to interact with cross-functional teams.
