📋 Description Lead end-to-end CX pilot projects from concept to scale. Design project plans with milestones, metrics, and alignment. Evaluate pilots and identify opportunities for refinement or scaling. Deliver concise, actionable communications to key stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to transition pilots to long-term owners. Lead through ambiguity while balancing vision with execution. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. 5-7 years in research, analytics, strategy, or insights. Experience leading cross-functional education projects. Strong experience in survey design, data analysis, and insight development. Executive-level communication, presentation design, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to travel nationally (not expected to exceed ~20% annually).
