Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description Engage SMB/mid-market customers to map business/tech challenges. Conduct discovery, architect solutions, demos/POCs. Address objections and align with customer needs. Explain AI/LLM concepts to tech and business audiences. Position Freddy AI Copilot, Agent Studio in discovery. Build AI agents/workflows in Agent Studio for demos/POCs. 🎯 Requirements 5–8 years in pre-sales/solution engineering or similar. Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related field; strong SaaS/cloud/API background. Proven experience delivering technical demos and POCs. Ability to work with mid-market and enterprise customers; craft solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. This is a Night Shift role; prior North America market experience is a must.
