📋 Description Define and own architecture for Attentive's Onsite Growth platform and shared infra. Lead cross-functional tech strategy with product, design, ML, and data science. Identify and address engineering risks before blockers to the business. Build scalable backend services, APIs, and user-facing capabilities. Improve observability, resiliency, and performance at scale. Mentor engineers and raise the team's technical bar. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of professional software engineering experience at scale. Staff-level impact: architectural decisions shaping product area. Deep proficiency in Java or TypeScript. Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and microservices. Strong technical communication; RFCs and design reviews.
