Reporting Analyst

📋 Description Provide data and statistics to track and improve call center performance Calculate daily/weekly metrics and distribute reports on key call metrics Identify and develop new reporting methods/tools to improve metrics Streamline and automate processes and reports Other duties as assigned 🎯 Requirements High School degree required; 4-year degree preferred 2+ years post-college experience, operations preferred Excellent communication, problem solving, decision-making Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), Visio; SQL queries Prior supervisory experience Call Center industry experience required
