📋 Description Support Global Footwear Technical Leader on projects to improve inspector effectiveness globally. Create, maintain, and deploy on-site and online learning materials. Develop training content, guides, presentations, and supporting documentation. Contribute to Footwear Curriculum and leather goods training. Develop and edit micro-learning content for technical training. Champion AI-first mindset and AI-driven solutions for efficiency. 🎯 Requirements Final-year student or post-grad in Engineering or equivalent. An engineering background is required. Background in softlines/apparel and footwear strongly preferred. Strong communication skills. Willingness to travel internationally (mostly SEA). Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence is a strong plus.
