📋 Description Design routing and retention of wire harnesses, cables, and connectors Develop BOMs, wire and material specifications Create and manage CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks and Altium Interface cross-functionally to drive program delivery Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and partners to identify best wire harness solutions 🎯 Requirements BS or MS in Systems, Electrical, Hardware, CS or equivalent 2+ years automotive wire harness design experience LV & HV harness design experience; ISO 6722, SAE J1128 Source, manage, and maintain vendor/supplier relationships IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard familiarity Knowledge with Capital and Catia Harness crimping and end-to-end assembly experience Model development and simulation tools experience 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance 401k retirement with employer match Learning and wellness stipends Paid time off
