Senior Scientist II / Principal Research Scientist I (Lab Head) – Development of Cellular and Binding-Assays for Pharmaceutical Biologics (all genders) (full-or part-time, regular)

📋 Description Lead design, development, and robustness of in-vitro cell-based assays for biologics. Mentor scientists; guide performance and development. Collaborate with R&D Bioassay and Operations labs (global). Assess protein–lipid–detergent interactions with expertise. Independently drive bioassay programs; adopt new tech. Support regulatory filings; publish and present; ensure GxP. 🎯 Requirements PhD in biology/biochemistry/pharmacy with 4–6 yrs; or MSc with 8–12 yrs. ≥4 yrs in binding and in-vitro cell-based assay development. Strong analytical skills; knowledge of eukaryotic cell culture. Experience with complex assays (ADCC, ADCP, T-cell, reporter, cytotoxicity). Knowledge of QbD, DoE, and statistical data analysis.
