Software Engineer - Controls

📋 Description Design and implement control modules for off-road autonomous navigation. Characterize vehicle dynamics to tailor controls and reduce sim-to-real gaps. Evaluate research to create optimal-control solutions using nonlinear MPC/MPPI. Collaborate with customers’ engineers and manage relationships. 🎯 Requirements Passion for tackling control problems across off-road vehicles. 3+ years of experience building production software. Hands-on testing of controls on production-grade vehicles. Fluency in differential equations, numerical optimization, and physics. Enthusiasm for practical, fast-paced autonomy challenges.
