Software Engineer - Autonomy

📋 Description Design and optimize real-time onboard software (perception, planning, control) Maintain middleware linking sensors to autonomy algorithms Own latency/throughput and deterministic behavior on onboard compute Implement ASIL patterns including fault detection, isolation, recovery Build diagnostics, logging, observability for post-drive analysis Write unit/integration and hardware-in-the-loop tests; contribute to CI/CD 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 2+ years of professional software development experience Proficiency in C++ and modern C++ standards Experience in a Linux environment Knowledge of data serialization formats (Protobuf, JSON) Nice to have: Experience with ROS or DDS 🎁 Benefits In-office role with occasional flexible remote work Collaborative, cross-functional team Equal opportunity employer
