📋 Description Build and lead DefenseOS engineering org; hire and grow a multi-disciplinary team. Own the technical strategy and roadmap for WarshipOS pillars. Lead zonal architecture; design zone controllers and centralized compute for HM&E. Stand up software/data platform; middleware, APIs, and SDKs. Set engineering best practices: architecture, reviews, CI/CD, HIL tests. Own program execution; plan releases and track milestones. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in software/systems engineering; 6+ years leading teams. Experience with real-time/mission-critical platforms; middleware, data transport, APIs/SDKs. Hardware/software fluency across compute architecture and sensor integration. Built gateways/adapters to unify data planes. Own full lifecycle under reliability, latency, and field-readiness constraints.
