📋 Description Lead analytics across shipment, retail POS, and panels to derive insights. Build integrated reports using NielsenIQ, Circana, Kantar, Ipsos with ERP. Architect and lead enterprise Power BI dashboards, models, DAX, and governance. Standardize reporting templates across functions and regions; oversee pipelines and RLS. Promote self-service BI adoption and governed analytics. Collaborate with data engineering to optimize pipelines using Power Query, SQL, and cloud platforms. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s with 4+ years in Power BI, BI, and CPG analytics. Hands-on with shipment, retail POS, consumer panels, and syndicated data. Strong Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query, M language, SQL. Data warehousing, ETL, RLS, governance, and deployment pipelines. Agile/Scrum delivery for BI projects and analytics sprints.
