Hardware Support Engineer

📋 Description Perform troubleshooting and proactive maintenance on data center server equipment. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, data center staff, and customers to resolve hardware issues. Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, changes, and issue resolutions. Contribute to hardware maintenance processes and best practices. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 3 years IT experience with hardware support. Excellent understanding of server architecture and PC hardware. Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues. Basic Linux/Unix knowledge. Familiarity with networking concepts (InfiniBand, IP addressing, DNS, gateways).
