📋 Description Lead or participate in project teams for drug substance process development. Develop and characterize drug substance processes and scalable methods. Mentor staff; troubleshoot issues and share expertise. Author and review regulatory documents, memos and reports. Collaborate with organic/analytical chemists, engineers and PMs. Set project strategies, responsibilities, timelines, and cGMP plans. 🎯 Requirements BS (16+ yrs); MS (14+ yrs) or PhD (8+ yrs) in Chemistry or related field with 8+ yrs pharma lab exp. Proven scientific leadership; strong cross-functional collaboration skills. GMP drug substance manufacturing and process development experience. Experience in managing and developing scientific leaders.
