Ground Operations Technician

📋 Description Prepare test pads and facilities for equipment load-in and load-out. Set up/break down test configurations, staging areas, and temporary infra. Support installation, positioning, and rigging of skids and test hardware. Drive and operate heavy machinery (forklifts, telehandlers, cranes). Assist engineering and reliability teams during setup, testing, teardown. Rigging, hoisting, and safe movement of heavy or sensitive equipment. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school training a plus 2+ years in ground ops, field service, or industrial maintenance Experience operating heavy equipment (forklifts, telehandlers, skid steers); license a plus Comfortable with rigging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment safely Work outdoors in various weather and plant environments (Preferred) Crane and/or rigging certification (NCCCO/NCCER) or equivalent
