Senior Hardware Test Engineer

📋 Description Formulate test strategies; design and develop test plans for new and existing products. Analyze materials/data; conduct tests; troubleshoot; monitor performance. Develop new testing methods and improve existing ones. Train technicians and lab staff; direct testing activities. Conduct 8D root-cause analysis to drive CAPA across product lifecycle. Validate product readiness at EVT, DVT, MPQ and MP gates. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Material Science or Electrical Engineering. 8+ years hands-on technical experience in related field. Excellent interpersonal skills with spoken and written English. Self-starter; able to work independently and cross-functionally. Proven leadership: team lead or interim manager experience.
