📋 Description Oversee daily production across Pre-Closing, Closing, Funding. Monitor SLAs, turn-times, quality metrics, and productivity targets. Ensure workflows follow ALTA Best Practices and state guidelines. Implement standardized procedures and operational controls across processes. Resolve escalated issues with orders, files, customers, lenders, and partners.
