Senior Full Stack Engineer - Team Lead

📋 Description Lead a small engineering team across multiple initiatives while staying hands-on. Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with clear acceptance criteria. Own delivery tracking via Jira and Confluence; align stakeholders on status and risks. Design and build robust GraphQL and REST APIs and scalable backend services. Write production code across frontend (React, TS) and backend (Node.js, SQL, GraphQL, REST). Develop data ingestion workflows and ETL-style processing with downstream integrations. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of experience as software engineer building production-grade apps. Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices. Proven experience designing, building, and scaling APIs (GraphQL and REST). Backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred). Experience with modern monorepos (Nx, Turborepo, Yarn Workspaces).
