📋 Description Lead a world-class team building scalable behavior systems for vehicles. Own architecture and delivery of a next-gen behavior stack. Drive strategy, roadmap, and architecture for behavior planning. Guide safe, robust algorithms for diverse driving domains. Grow and manage engineers in behavior systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with Perception, Research, Simulation, Vehicle Ops. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in robotics/autonomous systems with focus on behavior. Experience in two+ areas: behavior planning; path/motion planning; ML; trajectory generation. Proven ability to architect large-scale production software for robotic/automotive systems. Leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects.
