Project Leader, Structural | Engineering & Design

📋 Description Leading teams of engineers and modellers to deliver high quality structural solutions across complex projects Liaising with clients, architects, project managers, contractors and other design consultants All aspects of design in structural engineering with a focus on Built Form projects, specifically Post Tensioned and mid-high rise concrete structures with Etabs experience Preparation of design sketches and details for drafting by technical staff and oversee the design development and documentation Monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, and negotiating variations to designs Meeting client expectations of projects being delivered on time and with a high degree of accuracy 🎯 Requirements Tertiary level qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering 7+ years plus experience in a consulting environment Strong and proven leadership & communication skills to liaise and engage with clients and other engineers Ability to lead a project, manage budget and programs to meet clients project needs Strong fundamental structural engineering, practical understanding, proactive high-level thinking, and high attention to detail Exposure to developing structural design across a range of project cycles utilising relevant standards and best practice methodologies 🎁 Benefits Flexible working hours and working from anywhere opportunities Firm offered parental leave Other benefits
