📋 Description Lead behavior support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans Observe individuals and staff directly within the program environment Train and coach staff on behavior strategies, prevention, de-escalation, and data collection Review behavioral data and adjust interventions based on progress and identified trends Provide clinical guidance during complex or escalated behavioral situations 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or developing staff Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance Ability to travel locally between program locations 🎁 Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance Flexible Spending and HSA Account 401K plan with up to 3% employer match Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Growth and Development Opportunities Employee Assistance Program
