📋 Description Lead technical direction for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and LLM-powered intelligence. Architect end-to-end ML systems from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring. Mentor ML/data developers; instill best practices for experimentation and lifecycle. Partner with product and software leaders to align AI roadmap with customer needs. Design reliable data/feedback loops connecting telemetry to retraining.
