Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access. Oversee property clean-out and debris removal. Manage lawn maintenance and landscaping to preserve curb appeal. Coordinate winterization services to protect properties in cold seasons. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field. Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures. Excellent communication and coordination with vendors, contractors, and teams. Proactive and detail-oriented with focus on timely completion of tasks. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
