Ensure new coaches have a clear, organized path to activation. Build AI-first systems across the coach lifecycle to improve efficiency. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on AI and automation to redesign workflows. End-to-end ownership of recruiting and operations processes. Experience interviewing, onboarding, and coaching readiness. Build dashboards and data reports to drive improvements. Strong communication, empathy, and relationship skills.
