Head of Finance

📋 Description Build and lead the finance team and the Business Analysts hub. Build treasury from scratch: cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. Set FX policy and hedging; oversee FP&A execution. Own banking relationships and board financial reporting. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior management. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, planning, and regulatory compliance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years managing teams. Strong business acumen and root-cause problem solving. Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and board-level reporting. Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
