📋 Description Manage hardware/software deployment and autonomy system commissioning at mining sites globally Own multiple mining autonomy engagements, ensuring workstreams meet obligations and milestones Define bi-weekly sprint goals; document deliverables in Jira/Confluence Coordinate meetings and maintain workstream hygiene to prevent gaps Collaborate with software engineers, leads, and customers to advance mining autonomy deployments Identify and implement AI-driven sprint improvements to reduce manual overhead and boost velocity 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years in technical program management or engineering; software-TPMs welcome Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer projects with attention to detail Experience with PM tools/methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, sprint planning) Fluent in following engineering discussions; can parse tasks and help sprint planning; coding not required Strong organizational skills and documentation hygiene across deliverables Positive, adaptable attitude; ability to context-switch across customers/workstreams 🎁 Benefits Equity in options and/or RSUs Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match Learning and wellness stipends Paid time off
