📋 Description Execute critical lab experiments with high rigor, generating actionable data. Prepare, run, and log analytical samples across NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR, DSC/TGA. Manage setup, teardown, and cleaning to improve throughput. Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibrations to prevent issues. Enforce safety standards, handle waste, SDS docs, and procurement coordination. 🎯 Requirements B.S or M.S in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related. 10+ years of experimental experience in chemical laboratories. High proficiency with bench-top synthesis methods and lab practices. Experience installing and maintaining analytical equipment (NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR). Ability to work hands-on in laboratory, fabrication, and plant environments. Preferred: continuous-flow chemistry; analytical QC (HPLC, NMR, DSC/TGA).
