📋 Description Manage backroom operations by receiving products into the POS. Keep inventory organized and accounted for; assist with weekly pallets. Process damaged or defective items back to the Fulfillment Center. Report damaged items to Inventory Control and coordinate actions. Collaborate with management to maintain stock levels and signage. Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and shelf placement. 🎯 Requirements Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience. Ability to work retail schedule, including nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong computer acumen, writing, and math for inventory and cash control. Self-starter with attention to detail; eager to learn and join riding community. Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
