Supplier Quality Engineer (Injection Molding & Tooling) - On site

📋 Description Own supplier quality for plastic injection molded components from development through mass production Review, evaluate, and approve tool design with Engineering for manufacturability Collaborate on mold flow analysis, gate location, cooling, venting, and shrinkage Evaluate and approve supplier injection molding processes, including parameter setup and process controls Determine and validate optimal molding parameters Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for molding defects 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or related field 8+ years in supplier quality or process engineering with injection molding Proven tooling design and parameter review/approval with suppliers Experience with external suppliers or contract manufacturers Strong problem solving: 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, DOE Familiarity with mold flow simulation tools (Moldflow, Moldex3D) 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits Pet insurance 401K match Paid time off On-site massages Employee discounts and work-life balance
