📋 Description Execute and improve validation test plans for automotive PCBs Characterize board performance using lab equipment Automate lab routines with Python or similar scripting Analyze and document results for internal teams and customers Collaborate with electrical design, system integration, and software teams Interpret OEM test protocols such as LV124, ISO 16750, and CISPR 🎯 Requirements BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering 2–6 years hands-on board-level testing and validation Comfortable in a lab with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power meters Familiar with thermal, structural, and electrical stress testing Experience with test automation (Python, LabVIEW) Familiar with automotive/consumer electronics validation flows; OEM protocols 🎁 Benefits In-office culture with occasional remote work flexibility Opportunity to own significant hardware projects Work on vehicle-level builds and system-level testing Collaborative cross-functional teams and learning opportunities
